"The Orchard" painted on site while serving as artist in residence a few years ago. The dwarf trees were so loaded with fruit. I never knew how many colors there were in an apple. This reminded me a grape clusters. Painted dark to light, pallet was mixed white, indian yellow indian red, indigo and an umber.
